Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FindFairways ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FindFairways is a tee time search aggregation platform that displays golf course availability from third-party booking systems. We do not process bookings directly — all reservations are completed on the respective course's website.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

FindFairways Pro is a paid subscription at $5.00 CAD per month. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to display accurate tee time availability and pricing, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free. Tee times may be booked by others between the time of your search and your booking attempt.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; interfere with the Service's operation; or create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

FindFairways is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed tee times, incorrect pricing, or booking errors on third-party platforms.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
